I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room had a totally beautiful view overlooking Lynmouth and the sea, and it was lovely and very clean. The service was top-notch, especially considering the recent changes in ownership. The location couldn't be any better, right on the shore in the heart of town. The dining experience was very good, with delicious food and beautiful views. Overall, a great value for money.

I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel. The breathtaking views from the room, overlooking the harbour and the headland, were unparalleled in Lynmouth. The room was clean and tidy, although it could benefit from a spring clean for perfection. The staff went above and beyond in assisting guests, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and cheerful, despite appearing stressed and under pressure at times. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the town center and right by the sea, providing an idyllic setting for a wonderful getaway. However, the dining experience had its ups and downs with a mix of good and disappointing aspects.

My room had two windows, one with a view of the harbour and the other across the headland, offering unbeatable scenery. The room was clean and tidy, although a spring clean would elevate the experience even more.
